We have been talking to industry bodies and professionals, our staff, our clients, and checking, daily on the government advice to ensure that we are at the forefront of any changes to guidance and innovations within the events industry. We will keep this page and all attached documents filled with the most up-to-date information ensuring that you have all of the tools that you need to feel confident about your event at The Kia Oval. OUR NEW PACKAGES
To keep providing the best service to our guests while abiding by all government guidelines we have adjusted our packages. These adjustments included fully packaged food made fresh in our kitchen and served refreshments. Please see below the link to our corporate packages; reduced rates are available for Charities and Government Bodies, please ask one of our dedicated sales executives when enquiring.
HYBRID EVENTS
We know that for the next few months it may be difficult to get all of your intended guests in one place so we are offering hybrid events so encourage as many of your delegates to get involved in your event. These packages include your room, food and beverage and all the audio visual equipment you need to stream your event. You can also add on hybrid packages to our standard DDR to create your own bespoke packages.
To encourage social distancing during events we have laid out our maximum capacities below for both 2m and 1m social distancing. To maximise capacities in the spaces these are listed with front projection. If the layout or room that you would like is not listed below one of our dedicated sales executives will be able to talk you through what is available:

At the moment technology has never been more important to allow people to come together, work together and share ideas. This is why we have put together a variety of hybrid and virtual event options.
These options can be operated from one of our small rooms by a single speaker or from a podium to a mixture of in room and online delegates.

Below is the Risk Assessment that has been completed on the Conference and Events facilities at The Kia Oval. This document will be amended as we receive updated guidance from the government.
COVID SECURE WORKPLACE
We have also attached our COVID secure workplace poster. This is displayed at both entrances and public announces our dedication to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our staff and guests.

We’re Good To Go’ COVID-19 industry standard and consumer mark provides a ‘ring of confidence’ for businesses, attractions and destinations as well as reassurance to local residents and visitors that clear processes are in place and that as a business we are good to go.
