Yes, up to 4 days prior to your event. If you would like to arrange deliveries to the Oval for your event, please speak to your Sales Rep who can assist you. You must arrange delivery and collection yourself via a courier. Items must be sent with the below information on the parcel:

Name of Event, Date of Event, Room Name

Address: Reception, The Kia Oval, Kennington Oval,SE11 5SS

Please arrange collection immediately after your event. Items must be offsite from the conclusion of the event. Any items left without a storage form will be discarded post-event. Please note, items left on site are at your own risk. The Oval takes no responsibility for any lost, damaged or stolen items. Anything that is left for over 24 hours will be discarded.

Yes we can. Please note these requests are chargeable and laminating is not available.

As part of the booking process, our Sales team should ask if you require any AV for your event.

On the event day, our AV team, Giggabox, are on site to assist you with your event. Please speak to them regarding anything relating to AV.
