Frequently Asked Questions

What are the WiFi login details?

The Kia Oval has free Wi-Fi provided via the Cloud system. You will need to create an account with your email and password to login and connect.

Where are the disabled toilets?

Disabled toilets can be located on every floor. If you require a radar key on the day of the event please speak to your Sales Executive or Duty Manager and our team on the day can direct you to where you can pick one up.

Do you have a multi-faith room?

Yes. The Multi-Faith Room can be located at Bedser Stand Entrance 32, ground floor and is accessible at all times.

Can I send items for my event to the ground prior to the event starting?

Yes, up to 4 days prior to your event. If you would like to arrange deliveries to the Oval for your event, please speak to your Sales Rep who can assist you. You must arrange delivery and collection yourself via a courier. Items must be sent with the below information on the parcel:

Name of Event, Date of Event, Room Name

Address: Reception, The Kia Oval, Kennington Oval,SE11 5SS

 

Please arrange collection immediately after your event. Items must be offsite from the conclusion of the event. Any items left without a storage form will be discarded post-event. Please note, items left on site are at your own risk. The Oval takes no responsibility for any lost, damaged or stolen items. Anything that is left for over 24 hours will be discarded.

Can the venue print something for me?

Yes we can. Please note these requests are chargeable and laminating is not available.

  • A4 Paper (Black & White) = £0.20 per page
  • A4 Paper (Colour) = £0.30 per page
  • A4 Card (Black & White) = £0.40 per page
  • A4 Card (Colour) = £0.60 per page
  • A3 Paper (Black & White) = £0.30 per page
  • A3 Paper (Colour) = £0.40 per page

If you require printing, please speak to your contact and this can be arranged for you as part of your booking.

How can I report housekeeping or cleaning issues?

Our in-house Event Coordinators ensure that all facilities are suitably prepared before your event. In the unlikely situation where housekeeping or cleaning is required on the day, please contact your Room or Duty Manager and someone will be happy to help.

Is the Club Shop open?

The shop is only open on match days. However, items can be purchased online at our website at a reduced rate for our clients and pick up on the day of your event can be arranged. To browse what is available, please visit the online Club Shop: https://shop.kiaoval.com/

How can I book a future event?

We are always happy to try and accommodate any future events you may have. Please do not hesitate to contact us via your existing Sales Executive, or email us at enquiries@kiaoval.com.

Where is the nearest shop?

Tesco is a 5-minute walk towards Kennington or there is a Sainsbury’s by Vauxhall station.

Can the venue book me a taxi?

No. The venue does not take responsibility for organising taxis for delegates, however, to pre-order your taxi, we recommend Addison Lee, who can be contacted on 020 7387 8888.

How do I request Audio Visual (AV) equipment?

As part of the booking process, your Sales Executive will ask if you require any AV for your event and if so, you will be put in touch with our external supplier, Encore.

On the event day, the Encore team will be on site to assist you with your event and any queries you may have.

What are the security contact details?

We have two, 24-hour security gates at the Kia Oval; the John Edrich Gate near Oval and Alec Stewart Gate near Vauxhall.
