When hosting an exhibition at The Kia Oval, every booking is looked after by one of our experienced Sales Executives, who will help find the right space for you and ensure your event runs hassle-free. Our in-house AV team are able to supply everything you need for your exhibition from a single screen to shell scheme and exhibition hall design and creation; leaving you to focus on the visitors and exhibitors.

Our Food
Food is key at an exhibition, whether you are providing it for your visitors and exhibitors or giving them the opportunity to purchase on the day, so we want to ensure that what is provided is of the highest quality and with the most flexibility. This is achieved through our Joint Venture with Compass ltd, a world-leader in catering, who bring passion and creativity to every dish that leaves our kitchen.

Our Rooms
For a wide variety of Exhibition space there is no better place to come than The Kia Oval.
We have over 1,500m² in our blank canvas Jardine Suite which has full vehicular access plus an additional 2,000m² across other rooms in the same stand. Additionally we can offer plenty of complimentary car parking onsite for exhibitors and organisers.
